General terms and conditions

§ 1: Registration: Registration takes place in writing, orally or online. The registration is always binding. The registration is valid as soon as it has been confirmed by the ski and snowboard school. The confirmation of the registration does not require a special form.

§ 2: Number of participants: Group courses are conducted from 4 participants onwards. With fewer participants the ski and snowboard school is entitled to increase the course price per person or shorten the course time.

§ 3: Fees for lift passes: The course fee does not include the fee for lift passes.

§ 4: Cancellation of courses: Only the ski and snowboard school is entitled to cancel a course. (eg in case of bad weather) In these cases course fees will be refunded pro rata. Compensation claims are not up to the participant.

§ 5: Payment: The payment of course and rental fees by cash payment or EC payment on the spot before the course. The amount of the fees is specified in the prospectus or on the Internet.

§ 6: Course termination and refund: Course cancellations due to force majeure lead to a reasonable partial reimbursement. Also in case of obvious injury or illness of the participant. The ski and snowboard school can request to submit a medical certificate. The cancellation of the course due to misconduct of the participant does not result in a refund.

§ 7: Liability: The ski and snowboard school is not liable for damage to property and accidents of the participant during the course. For damage caused by the participant, the latter is directly liable to the injured party. The conclusion of an accident, health and liability insurance is mandatory
